GREENPOWERWORKS, a division of The Seldin Organization, Inc., was formed to address crucial housing needs for the 21st century. Financing projects involving renewable energy and its related businesses promotes investment in the real estate industry's ongoing stability and continuity. With that goal in mind, THE GREAT GREEN RACE LLC was created in 2007 as a platform under which GreenPowerWorks has formed strategic alliances. Through this platform and our alliance of finance and building green, adoption of renewable energy and green living practices will be greatly accelerated.
As President and Founder of two other divisions, Mortgage Clearing House in 1984 and The Inner Circle in 2001, Jane is responsible for setting GreenPowerWorks vision and driving its continued growth and development. Jane brings an impressive track record as CEO of GreenPowerWorks, having built a career in mortgage finance and long-standing real estate lending relationships with many of the country's leading lending institutions.
Prior to forming Mortgage Clearing House and The Inner Circle, for over 30 years, Jane is also the Executive Vice President of The Seldin Organization, Inc. a mortgage brokerage firm that began in 1900, has processed and placed more than a billion dollars in financing for housing developments and condominiums since 1945. In 1982, The Seldin Organization became the first out-sourced processing department for Chase Home Mortgage and Jane managed the entire staff for both Seldin and Chase Home Mortgage. In 1984, she was President and Founder of Mortgage Clearing House, the first lender network in the US marketing "one stop shopping" for mortgages.
As President of Mortgage Bankers Association of New York in 1987-1988, after chairing two events, she established the endowment for the Mortgage Bankers Association of New York Scholarship Foundation. As a result, MBA was able to solicit contributions and donations to fund scholarships at the college level. In addition MBA has provided financial assistance to students pursuing studies in the areas of real estate development and finance through New York University, Columbia University, and more recently, Long Island University at CW Post.
Jane served as Associate Vice President for Long Island Builders Institute in 1986-1987, during which time, the institute experienced its highest one year increase in membership due to her efforts. In 1994 she became a Life Director of the Institute.
She also served on the Long Island Advisory Board for Helen Keller Services for the Blind, Long Island Holocaust Memorial Center, and is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Practitioners Institute at Long Island University, CW Post Campus and has recently joined the Board of Directors of Green Energy Council in Washington, DC.

As a 20 year veteran of IBM, Tony previously worked in a variety of areas including hardware and software development, marketing, sales, and consulting. He invented the patent-pending NavAgility® Resume Timeline. He also led the transformation of NavAgility into a social media company, with the September 2007 introduction of the NavAgility® Social Timeline. Tony is responsible for consultation with strategic alliances for software, social networking and interface with Banking alliances.

Rich joined NavAgility in 2002, after spending many years as a management consultant with IBM and Ernst & Young.
His prior experiences span manufacturing, engineering and production management roles with Allied-Signal and The Singer Company. He is passionate about delivering the ultimate experience to each and every NavAgility customer. Rich is also responsible for NavAgility consulting offerings and partnerships.
LAURENCE HOLFELDER VP, Finance and Accounting
Larry is a CPA/Profitability expert whose experience includes various financial disciplines such as Profitability Improvement through planning and implementation of systems and processes, Accounting and Tax, Investment Planning and Employee Benefits. His skills were honed as a Manager for Ernst & Young as well as in managing his own Management Consulting/ Accounting and Tax Firm for over 20 years.
Larry graduated Magna Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Albany, majoring in accounting with a minor in economics.
Kathy is a 20 year veteran of technology marketing, sales, advertising, business development and channel management. Kathy has worked for several of today’s Fortune 500 giants including Intel, Hitachi, NEC and Motorola.
Kathy studied Marketing and Business Management at SUNY New Paltz.
With 22 years of experience in both the technology and financial services sector, Douglas Ryan has helped CSI pioneer one of the world’s leading software development firms specializing in international trade finance. The company’s clientele includes some of the most well known and visionary names in international banking such as NatWest, ABN Amro, Banco Santander, Fortis Banque, Banker's Trust, etc. In his management role, Doug’s responsibilities included oversight of the corporate communications, marketing, and technical services arm of this market leader. His expertise within the software/technology arena also includes earlier associations with such companies as McDonnell Information Systems (division of McDonnell Douglas), and Creative Communication Corp.
Doug graduated with a degree in Business Administration and Business Education from Wittenberg University.
For the past 25 years, Maria has placed candidates for employment in middle management and executive positions with New York’s most prestigious banking and securities firms such as Citibank, Morgan Stanley, Oppenheimer, UBS, Bank of New York, BNP, Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch and Pershing. Maria is responsible for all the staffing and training needs at Green Power Works.
She has completed her Master’s degree at Hofstra University and plans to continue to pursue her doctorate.
HELEN NAMM Senior Art Director, Bookspan/Doubleday Book Club
Helen has 30 years of experience in print/graphics including the entertainment field as well as direct mail and has joined forces with Green Power Works.
Helen joined Doubleday in 2005 and imparts her creativity and knowledge of the graphics industry on everything she touches. In her positions as senior art director at major direct marketing clubs, Helen has had artistic control over many direct marketing magazines sent to millions of people throughout the United States and Canada. Her responsibilities have included directing photo shoots, buying art, handling budgets, editors and marketing department personnel. For 15 years, Helen was senior art director for Columbia House.
She is a graduate of CUNY with continued education at the School of Visual Arts and The New School for Social Research in New York City.
Carolyn Wood has been a staff member of Wired Magazine, the leading consumer magazine focused on technology and innovation, since 2001.
Ms. Wood joined WIRED as a sales representative in Los Angeles and was soon promoted to Strategic Director in the New York office. She subsequently became Southwest Advertising Director for WIRED and started her own advertising company, working exclusively with WIRED on developing business in the region. Carolyn has been instrumental in increasing WIRED business by over 100% in 2006 alone.
Carolyn graduated from Hunter College with a Master’s degree in British Literature in 1996.
