A Division of The Seldin Organization, Inc.

GREENPOWERWORKS, a division of The Seldin Organization, Inc., was formed to address crucial housing needs for the 21st century. Financing projects involving renewable energy and its related businesses promotes investment in the real estate industry's ongoing stability and continuity. With that goal in mind, THE GREAT GREEN RACE LLC was created in 2007 as a platform under which GreenPowerWorks has formed  strategic alliances. Through this platform and our alliance of finance and building green, adoption of renewable energy and green living practices will be greatly accelerated.

As President and Founder of two other divisions, Mortgage Clearing House in 1984 and The Inner Circle in 2001, Jane is responsible for setting GreenPowerWorks vision and driving its continued growth and development. Jane brings an impressive track record as CEO of GreenPowerWorks, having built a career in mortgage finance and long-standing real estate lending relationships with many of the country's leading lending institutions.
